Hey! I’m Scott, and I live beside the gorgeous Applegate River in Oregon. My background is in phytochemistry (the study of chemicals derived from plants), and I’m obsessed with growing things. But while I’m happy enough to stick a seed in the ground and watch it become a plant, what really gets me excited is finding new and alternative ways to grow plants for maximum production.
Most days you can find me in my purpose-built growing shed tending to a variety of plants, from tomatoes to marijuana (I’m a licensed grower) growing under LED grow lights. I have five different grow rooms in my shed, and each one has a different LED lighting system. I spent a lot of time researching the different setups and what grow lights were best for which circumstances. After being asked again and again for recommendations, I decided to set up this website.
As you can probably guess by the name, this site is dedicated to finding and reviewing the best LED grow lights available on the market. I try to add new reviews whenever I test new grow lights. I use Amazon for the majority of my purchases because they deliver straight to my door and is available to just about everyone. Plus, I find they usually always have the best prices on LED grow lights and other necessary gear.
